PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
Destemming of grapes and crushing. Light skin maceration for 2-3 hours. Pressing. Cold storage of must for 24-36 hours. Racking, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature malolactic fermentation and refining in steel tank at controlled temperature for 12 months. After bottling, the bottles are left to refine for a period of six months.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE:
The colour is an intense straw yellow. The fragrance is intense and floral with hints of field flowers, cherry and light ripe fruit.
The taste is wide-ranging and velvety, with a balanced tart sensation.

This wine goes well with all first courses with an intense flavour, fish, shellfish, white meat and cheese.
