PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE:
The selected grapes are harvested by hand, placed in small crates and dried following the traditional method without any kind of forcing in special places called “Fruttai”. At the end of february or beginning of march the grapes are crushed and fermented traditionally at low temperature with spontaneous fermentation. After 35-40 days they are lightly pressed and the wine obtained is left to ferment in barriques for 24 months.
Bottles are refined for at least six months before being put on sale
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WINE:
The colour is a deep red with violet reflections. The fragrance is intense with hints of ripe fruit, marasca cherry and cherry in alcohol. The taste is full and harmonious, with a balanced sweet sensation.

This excellent wine for meditation goes well with traditional dry desserts, but also with matured or fermented cheeses served with vegetables or fruit in spicy sauces.
